Preparing For Your Treatment 

 

To ensure your experience is as seamless and restorative as possible, I bring the entire spa sanctuary directly to you—including a premium massage couch, luxury treatment linens, ambient music, and organic oils.

​To help create the perfect environment in your home, we kindly ask that you prepare the following before my arrival:

​Towels & Linens: For your personal comfort, please have two large bath towels and one small towel ready for use during your treatment.

Personal Hygiene: For your absolute comfort and ensure you receive the full therapeutic benefits of your session, please ensure you are freshly showered or bathed prior to my arrival.

​Space & Accessibility: Please ensure there is a clear, quiet area in your chosen room that can comfortably accommodate a standard 6ft mobile massage couch with enough space to walk completely around it. Please note that for health and safety reasons regarding equipment transport, we are strictly unable to accommodate setups located higher than two flights of stairs (maximum two levels up from ground level).

​Seasonal Temperature Control: For your absolute comfort, please ensure the room is at a pleasant temperature. During the warmer summer months, we highly recommend setting up a fan in the space to help keep the air cool and circulating.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy 

 

At Hyora, I respect your time and commit to reserving your scheduled session exclusively with you. I operate a dedicated mobile service with limited availability, I kindly ask that my clients respect my booking boundaries.

50% Booking Deposit: To secure your preferred date and time,  a 50% non-refundable is required at the time of booking.  This deposit confirms your commitment and goes directly towards your total treatment cost.

24hr-Hour Cancellation Policy: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours' notice will allow your deposit to be fully transferred to a rescheduled session.
  • Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of 50% deposit. 

Lateness Policy: My schedule is carefully balanced to account for travel time between clients. If a session begins late due to client delays, the treatment duration may be shortened to protect the schedule of the next appointment. The full treatment price still applies.

My Commitment to You (If I am Late or Cancel) 

 

If I Am Delayed: Because I navigate London traffic to reach you, minor travel delays can occasionally happen. If I am running more that 10 minutes behind schedule I will contact you immediately. Please rest assured that any delays on my part will never cut into your treatment time - you will always recieve your full, dedicated session 

In the Unlikely Event I Must Cancel: If an emergency or illness forces me to cancel your appointment, you will be notified immediately. Your 50% deposit will be fully protected and can either be instantly refunded or transferred to a priority rescheduled slot at your earliest convenience. 

Code of Conduct & Professional Boundaries

 

​At Hyora, we are dedicated to providing a deeply restorative, safe, and professional sanctuary for every client. To maintain the integrity of our clinical practice and ensure mutual respect, we operate under a strict professional code of conduct:

  • ​Strictly Professional Therapy: All treatments provided by Hyora are strictly therapeutic, holistic, and professional. Any inappropriate remarks, suggestive behaviour, or requests for non-therapeutic services will result in the immediate termination of the treatment.
  • Right to Refuse Service: In the event that a session is terminated due to a breach of professional boundaries, the client will remain liable for the full treatment price and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse future service and, where necessary, report incidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • ​Mutual Respect & Safety: We are committed to treating every client with the utmost dignity, privacy, and care. In return, we kindly ask that our therapist is met with a safe, respectful, and appropriate working environment within your home.
